Dr. M. D. Pande is a highly respected academician and administrator with over 40 years of distinguished experience in senior leadership and administrative roles at renowned institutions such as Gujarat University, North Gujarat University, and the Indian Institute of Teacher Education (IITE). He holds eminent qualifications including Ph.D., LL.B., and M.Com., representing a rare and valuable blend of academic scholarship and regulatory expertise.

In addition to his service in public universities, Dr. Pande has acted as a higher education consultant to more than 13 private universities. He has also served as an Honorary Advisor and advisory board member to several renowned universities and higher education institutions in Gujarat.

Since last 12 years, Dr. M. D. Pande has been serving as the Registrar at Samarpan Education and Research Campus, where his extensive experience continues to strengthen institutional systems and uphold the highest standards of excellence.
