Chairman & Managing Trustee Shankersinh Vaghela Bapu Foundation
CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE
DEAR PARENTS AND STUDENTS,
It gives me immense pleasure in welcoming all of you to the newly founded community of Samarpan Public School. It is a matter of great pride for all of us at Samarpan Public School to present to you the very first edition of the School Almanac in its year of establishment 2018-19. The almanac provides information regarding school policies and rules, academic calendar, curriculum and home work details, test and examination schedules, details of co-curricular and extracurricular activities, and will serve as a communication tool between parents and teachers.
We at Shri Shankersinh Vaghela Bapu Foundation believe that an attitude of lifelong learning begins at a very young age where the children take their first steps in learning and education. In an age where providing world class education has become increasingly challenging for parents , children and schools alike, the Trust aims to provide top class education with excellent infrastructure facility, modern educational environment and the best teaching resources at affordable fees. In view of this, the Trust has established Schools for Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary classes in Gujarati and English Medium under the banner of “Samarpan Public School”.
The school building is aesthetically designed keeping in mind the needs of children from various age groups. Class rooms are well designed with excellent natural lighting and ventilation, and furnished with ergonomically designed benches and desks. Each class is equipped with White Board for class room teaching and Soft Board that facilitates display of Students’ creative work. The laboratories are spacious and house state-of-the art equipment that complies with the requirements prescribed by the Board. Space is provided for conducting co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
The School is headed by an able and enthusiastic Principal who will lead the team of qualified, well trained, and experienced staff with compassion and discipline. The staff-student ratio will be maintained as per the Government Norms. The Principal and the staff are committed to the vision of the Trust to mould our students to be academically strong, holistically developed, culturally aware of our values and ethics and develop them into individuals who can be responsible citizens with humanitarian attitude. The Management and Staff of the school are committed to the cause of bringing up generations of students who are sensitized to the larger needs of the society and make their mark on the global map.
It is indeed a challenging task ahead, and we will be successful in our endeavour only if we have active participation and support from all the stake holders involved. I invite all the parents to partner with the administrators, teachers and students of the school in achieving this collective dream.
