He has a proven track record of establishing and leading high-performing institutions, driving organizational growth, and fostering strong, trust-based relationships with parents, staff, and key stakeholders.

He possesses a strong multidisciplinary academic background, including M.A. in Sociology, M.Sc. in Microbiology, B.Ed., and B.Lib.Sc. along with MDP in Export & Import Management and Agri Clinics & Agri Business. This diverse educational foundation enables him to effectively integrate academic excellence with strategic and administrative leadership.

He has actively participated in more than 20 professional development workshops and training programmes conducted by CBSE COE Ajmer and other reputed institutions, reflecting his strong commitment to continuous professional growth.

He currently serves as the Executive Principal and has previously held senior leadership positions in reputed institutions across India.
